  • Are your products kosher?
    All of our food products used are kosher certified. Some products (e.g. candy) may be repackages for certain gift baskets. We do not make nor distribute any of our own food. Should you require a specific hechsher, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
  • How can I create my own custom gift basket?
    We source products from multiple suppliers and display the most popular ones on the website. You can choose from the popular items on our website and we will package them together for you, or contact us to create a gift with items that are not listed. If you wish to have items packages separately, please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order to let us know.
  • How quickly will my product be processed?
    We are a private at home business and do not rely on any heavy machinery to create your products. All products are personalised and wrapped by hand. For products bought through the website, please allow up to 5 working days to produce your gift (although typically it is available much sooner than this). We do offer a 24 hr turnaround service at an additional fee of 25 ILS. Please note, we are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Chagim and all national holidays.
  • I want to update my order, how do I go about this?
    Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to let us know of any change requests. Change requests made after this time are not guaranteed.
  • What materials do you use to personalize gifts?
    Gifts are personalized with HTV, permanent vinyl or sublimation, depending on the product material.
  • How can I add a personalised note to my gift?
    All gifts can have a personalised note added. Please add your messaging in the checkout (basket page). If you want to make changes to this or have any questions whilst you are adding your note, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
  • My item is a gift, will you be including an invoice in the gift basket?
    We do not include any receipts with the gift basket, they will be sent automatically and directly to the email added during the checkout process.
  • How can I make a bulk order?

  • Do you deliver all over Israel?
    We use two private couriers to deliver all over Israel. Main cities will be delivered to within 3 business days of the order being handed to the courier, smaller and more distant locations can take up to 5 business days of the order being handed to the courier. Please note, we are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Chagim and all national holidays.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Our non-glass items can be shipped internationally and globally. We do not have international partners / printers and all of our items are currently shipped from within Israel. Items are sent through the Israel postal service, but can also be sent through a courier at a cost. For shipping times and international costs to locations not yet listed on our site, please contact us. Please note, we are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Chagim and all national holidays.
  • How do I track my order?
    For international deliveries, we can provide you with a tracking number. For local deliveries, we use two private couriers to deliver all over Israel. You will receive an email once the product has shipped and it will arrive within 3 business days for larger cities and within 5 business days for further and more remote locations. Please contact us if you have any more questions on your delivery. Please note, we are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Chagim and all national holidays.
  • Can my order be delivered on a specific day?
    We do offer specific day deliveries to larger cities in the central region at an additional cost of 40 shekel. Please contact us if you are interested in this.
  • How can I order multiple gifts (to multiple locations)?
    You can order multiple gifts to different locations by placing separate orders for each delivery location.
